Myntra, India’s leading fashion and lifestyle platform, is seeking a proactive Lead Associate – FP&A to join the Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business drivers, presenting financial performance, preparing and managing budgets, and leading monthly MIS reporting. You’ll engage with business finance teams to forecast, track, and explain financial performance, helping support strategic decisions and cost-saving initiatives.

Key responsibilities include E2E financial forecasting, variance analysis, risk assessment, simulation of revenue/expense projections, and automation of reporting processes. You will also participate in revenue forecast calls, drive competitor analysis, and collaborate with multiple teams to improve financial plan accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in business-facing finance roles (preferably e-commerce or relevant industry)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic SQL skills for analysis and automation
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with business partners
